IEVA DUDAITE is a star Lithuanian pianist with a lengthy record of concerts across the globe, including some of the world’s most prestigious venues, such as the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Lithuanian National Philharmonic, The Krzysztof Penderecki European Centre for Music, Muziekgebouw Eindhoven, TivoliVredenburg Utrecht, DeSingel Antwerp, and performances in Italy, Germany, France, Ukraine, Mexico, China, the UK, and Spain. She played at some of the most renowned music festivals, including Grenoble Music Festival, Trieste Music Festival, Aurora Chamber Music Festival Sweden, and Oxford Piano Festival 2016. Dudaite’s concerts have been broadcast by Lithuanian, Russian, German and Dutch Radio and Television.

Her debut album TIERSEN MEETS CHOPIN released in 2019 with Ars Produktion, has been nominated for the prestigious OPUS KLASSIK 2020 awards in the categories "Debut of the Year" and "Best Solo Recording". She has a Master’s degree with Prof. Kalle Randalu at the Hochschule fur Musik Karlsruhe, Germany. Additionally, she participated in Master Classes with Menahem Pressler, Paul Badura-Skoda, Marianna Shirinyan, Peter Donohoe, Alexander Melnikov, Valentina Berman and Till Fellner. She has worked with several conductors, including Hobart Earle (Odessa Philharmonic Orchestra), Arjan Tien (Maastricht Conservatorium Symphony Orchestra) and Theo Wolters (Pitesti Philharmonic Orchestra).

 

IEVA DUDAITE is also an active chamber music performer. In 2012, Europe, pianist formed a world-wide renowned duet with her sister soprano Marija Dudaite. She has accompanied many world-class soloists, including Deutsche Grammophon artist Pacho Flores and Sergei Nakariakov. 

 

DUDAITE is the winner of many international piano competitions, including International Young Accompanist Competition in Vilnius 2010 (1st Prize), and Concorso di Interpretazione musicale di Genova 2008 in Italy (Grand Prix). She was the finalist of the Yamaha Foundation Scholarship Competition 2014 and Grachtenconcours Amsterdam 2015. The Lithuanian composer Jurgis Kubilius has composed a sonata for her. She is a recipient of multiple national and merit recognition awards by Lithuanian presidents Valdas Adamkus and Dalia Grybauskaite. 

 

The highlights of the 2022/23 season include a tour with Marija Dudaite across their native Lithuania, Europe and China with their first album INSEPARABLE released 2022 with ARS Produktion and nominated for the world-famous OPUS KLASSIK 2023 awards in the categories "Best Ensemble" and "Best Chamber Music Recording".

 

Ieva has a marked gift for languages. She speaks a total of eight languages fluently, including music.
